Exploration of intention to turnover: case study of hospital IT employees

description abstract This study identifies factors that influence intentions for a turnover. Previous research indicated that hostile work environment, excessive workload, and job dissatisfaction are some factors that drive turnover intention. Data collection was done by survey method through a questionnaire. The sample of research was 120 employees of Information Technology (IT) department to qualify data analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that organizational commitment, work fatigue, and job satisfaction directly affect turnover intention, while the autonomy and work characteristics indirectly influence the intention.
