description abstract Companies that have good financial performance ratios would consider sound financial, such as economic profitability ratio as well as the factors that influence it in order to determine the policy and making decisions for follow-up to be done. Assessment of the company’s financial performance is very important, especially about how the development of economic profitability, operating profit margin and asset turnover. Profit margin and operating asset turnover are factors that affect the economic profitability of the company. As pointed out by Riyanto (2001) that there are two factors affecting the Economic Profitability, they are profit margin and operating asset turnover. The purpose of research to find out how the effect of profit margin and operating asset turnover to the economic profitability. By using a sample of research for 5 years and multiple regression methods of data analysis, the results showed a partial and simulants profit margin and operating asset turnover significantly influence the economic profitability.
